Intel Ethernet Connection I219-V — driver for Windows Server 2019
Device: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15D6 (Intel I219-V), Dell chassis. Driver v30.0 (Intel).

WHY THIS IS NEEDED
Intel does not enable this CLIENT network chip (I219-V) on Server OSes in its
stock driver. This package has the INF adjusted to allow the Server 2019 install.
Because the INF was edited, Windows requires "test signing" mode to load it.

INSTALL (on the server, at the console — it has no network yet)
1) Copy this whole folder to the server via USB.
2) Right-click ENABLE_TESTMODE.cmd -> Run as administrator. Reboot when it says to.
   (You'll see a small "Test Mode" watermark at the bottom-right after reboot — that's expected.)
3) Open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) -> Other devices -> "Ethernet Controller" (yellow !).
4) Right-click -> Update driver -> Browse my computer -> point to the
   "NDIS68_Server2019" folder -> Next. Accept the "unsigned/publisher" prompt.
5) It installs as "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (x) I219-V". Network comes up.

OPTIONAL (remove the Test Mode watermark later): run DISABLE_TESTMODE.cmd as admin + reboot.
NOTE: after disabling test mode the driver keeps working (it's already installed);
only NEW unsigned installs would be blocked.

CLEANER ALTERNATIVE (no test mode): if this is a Dell business machine, Dell's own
signed driver for the exact model installs on Server without test mode. Send Rik the
Dell Service Tag / model and he can get that instead.
